SILVER SPRING—Yesterday, Special Counsel Jack Smith released his federal indictment of 37 criminal counts against Donald Trump. You can read the full indictment here below:
The New York Times published an annotated version of the indictment that is quite helpful in providing context and explanations. I will also link to some analysis from the excellent national security sites Just Security and Lawfare. And The Washington Post discussed each of the 31 sensitive documents at issue. Trump has really done himself in with Russian Army-levels of stupidity here…
